MONSIEUR BLEU: A NEW PLACE TO BE IN PARIS…

Monsieur Bleu, the new bar-restaurant in the Palais de Tokyo, is set to become one of the new ‘places to be and be seen’ in the French capital.

Located in the Palais de Tokyo’s new West wing, alongside the quays and opposite the Eiffel Tower, Monsieur Bleu fits seamlessly into the renovated original architecture as if it has always been there.

This hybrid, cosmopolitan and international eatery was created and designed by architect Joseph Dirand and the lighting design was entrusted to Projet Lumière lighting specialists and BROSSIER SADERNE lighting manufacturer.
The lighting creator’s choice of stunning decorative lighting features successfully preserves the unique and elusive atmosphere and is in perfect harmony with the Art-deco surroundings.

After dark, the restaurant’s huge raised terrace overlooking the quays is lit up by magnificent two metre-wide wall lights. They are finished in brushed brass and blend in perfectly with the magical outdoor setting – which was quite a challenge to achieve! Inside the restaurant, decorative wall lights in brushed brass diffuse a discreet and warm light onto the fluted surface of the white walls.
"We are extremely proud of this project and of our ability to meet such high demands.

Our teams have once again proven their reactivity, flexibility and meticulousness in every step of projects entrusted to us.." said Gilles Moreau, Managing Director of BROSSIER SADERNE.
